Starting from scratch, we will understand how to manipulate numbers, strings, and create a basic logic.

We will practice with a curated list of challenges.

Our mentors will guide you and help you on this first step of your path to Python.

We will dive into data structures (lists and dictionaries) and how to create loops.

You will apply and test your progress with tougher challenges that you will have to present to your fellow students.

Our mentors will provide you some tips on how to improve your code.

We will then learn how to read data from files and record data to files. We also see how to organize our code with functions.

You will continue improving your coding skills with new challenges and feedback from our mentors based on their years of experience.

We will finally see how to use modules and packages to avoid re-inventing the wheel each time.

The Bootcamp will finish with a small project among a list of chosen topics: you will work in pair during the week and present the finalized project to your “classmates”.

The list of topics will be customized for the students during the Bootcamp to provide the best experience, and will be selected among popular usage of Python:

  • * Web scrapping
  • * Data parsing
  • * Data cleaning
  • * Data visualization
  • * Excel manipulation
  • * Automation
  • * etc.
